How to Delete Your Account
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
Delete my 2DGameClub account
Include the username or email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and user profile (username, display name, avatar)
- Email address and authentication credentials
- All game history, match results, and move records
- ELO ratings and leaderboard entries across all games
- Solo challenge progress and achievement records
- Purchased cosmetic themes and unlocks
- Push notification token
What Is Retained
- Anonymised analytics events — usage events (e.g. "a game of Tessera was completed") are anonymised and retained in aggregate statistics. Your identity is removed; the statistical record remains.
- Purchase receipts — Google Play purchase records are held by Google and RevenueCat per their own policies. We cannot delete these on your behalf.
Partial Data Deletion
If you want to delete only specific data without closing your account (for example, clearing your match history), email [email protected] and describe what you would like removed. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests within 30 days.
