By playing any 2DGameClub game or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our games or website. These terms apply alongside each game's Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age required by your country's laws to agree to these terms on your own behalf, you may only play with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You can play as a guest. Signing in with Google keeps your progress safe across devices; one sign-in covers every 2DGameClub game and this website. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, as explained on the account deletion page.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to play our games in your web browser for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from our games except as permitted by applicable law.
Free play is supported by ads served by Google AdSense — between games, or as an optional ad you can choose to watch for coins. We never ask you to click ads, and clicking ads to earn rewards or to help us is not allowed. See each game's Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalised ads.
To keep multiplayer, rankings and leaderboards meaningful for everyone, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, including removing coins, unlocked items and leaderboard standing.
Usernames, display names and feedback you submit must not be obscene, hateful, impersonate another person or brand, or be otherwise unlawful. We may remove or rename such content and may suspend accounts for repeated violations.
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or where required by law.
Our games, their visual design, code, audio, and the 2DGameClub name and logo are owned by 2DGameClub Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Game rules based on public-domain or generic mechanics (for example tile-drafting, disc-flipping, property-trading or number-placement puzzles) are not exclusive to us, but our specific implementation, art and branding are.
Our games rely on a small number of third-party services — Google Sign-In, Google AdSense and Cloudflare — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Accounts and game data are stored on our own self-hosted server. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
Our games and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any game will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2DGameClub Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or website, including loss of data, virtual currency or progress. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹500 (INR).
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make a significant change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our games is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where local consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived.
