By downloading, installing, or using any 2DGameClub app, or by browsing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or website. These terms apply alongside each game's own Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your data.
2DGameClub apps are rated Everyone (E) on Google Play. The target audience is 13 and older. If you are under the age required by your country's laws to agree to these terms on your own behalf, you may only use our apps with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Some features (online multiplayer, leaderboards, cloud sync, cross-device play) require an account, created via email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, as described in each game's Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any app except as permitted by applicable law.
Free play is supported by non-personalised ads served through Google AdMob (rewarded videos and, in some games, interstitials). The one-time Remove Ads purchase disables interstitial ads for that game. See each game's Privacy Policy for details on what data AdMob may process.
To keep multiplayer, ranked ELO, and leaderboards meaningful for everyone, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules, including forfeiting coins, purchases already redeemed as virtual items, and leaderboard standing.
Usernames, display names, and feedback messages you submit must not be obscene, hateful, impersonating another person or brand, or otherwise unlawful. We may remove or rename content that violates this, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations.
You may stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already spent through Google Play, except where required by law or Google Play's own refund policy.
All 2DGameClub apps, their visual design, code, audio, and the 2DGameClub name and logo are owned by 2DGameClub Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Game rules based on public-domain or generic game mechanics (e.g., tile-drafting, disc-flipping, property-trading, number-placement puzzles) are not exclusive to us, but our specific implementation, art, and branding are.
Our apps rely on third-party services — Supabase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, RevenueCat, and Expo/React Native — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or content of these third-party services. See each game's Privacy Policy for the full list.
Our apps and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — features described as "Coming Soon" (such as ranked online play) are not yet available and their launch timing is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2DGameClub Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website, including loss of data, virtual currency, or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid us for that app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500 (INR), whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the What's New screen in the app. Continued use of our apps after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our apps will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where local consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived.
