2DGameClub is a one-person studio, so there is no ticket queue and no support bot — every
message is read by the person who designs and builds the games. We usually reply within
a few days.

What to write to us about
- Bug reports — tell us which game, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The browser and device you were using, and a screenshot, help a lot.
- Rules questions — if something in a game didn't match what you expected, check the game's rules guide on the Guides page first; if it still looks wrong, we want to know.
- Feedback and ideas — features you'd like, games you'd like us to make next, or a bot level that feels too easy or too hard.
- Privacy and data requests — ask what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. You can also use the account deletion page. See the privacy policy for details.
- Everything else — press, partnerships or just saying hello.
