Yes. Every game is free to play in full: all rules, all modes and all bot difficulty levels. Optional cosmetic themes can be unlocked with in-game coins you earn by playing. Nothing you can buy makes you stronger — there is no pay-to-win and there are no energy timers.
No. You can start playing immediately as a guest. Signing in with Google is optional; it keeps your coins, streaks and profile safe if you switch devices or clear your browser, and your guest progress carries over when you sign in.
Yes. Every game has computer opponents at 10 difficulty levels, from a gentle beginner that explains itself by making obvious moves to an expert that plays close to its best. Our guides include tips on climbing the levels — see the Guides page.
Yes. Most games support online matches — quick matchmaking against other players, or a private game with friends — and pass-and-play on a single device. Player counts differ by game and are listed on each game page.
Each game has a complete rules guide and a separate strategy guide on this site. Start from the game page or browse them all on the Guides page. Inside the games there is also an in-app rules reference and a set of short solo challenges that teach the key ideas.
Classics such as Othello, Sudoku, Mancala and Badam Satti follow the standard rules. Some of our games are original designs inspired by well-loved genres — for example Hazard and Ticket to Ride - India use maps we drew ourselves, and a few games add an optional twist of their own. Each rules guide describes exactly how our version plays.
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on computers, phones and tablets. The games are designed for touch first and also work with a mouse. A stable internet connection is only needed for online matches.
This website may show a small number of ads served by Google to help keep the games free. Ads never appear in the middle of a move, and we never ask you to click them. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalised ads.
