Draw two cards, then make up to three plays — bank money, lay Indian city properties into your tableau, or turn an action card on a rival. Complete three full colour sets to win, charging rent and stealing your opponents' properties along the way, while a well-timed Naa Ji! cancels the play that would have wrecked you.
